Requirements

do we need now requirements for joining our clan???its beacuse there are lot of us now..pls...reply to this topic and post your suggestions..ty

I think we should... but i also think that we already have enough members and we should concentrate on helping each other to improve...

Um, just test first the commitment of the members. Some only want to join the clan just to have a connection to certain group. If they are just like that, then let them out. recruit another set then test them again until you have come up with a good batch which can be a good asset to the group.

yeah thats also what im thinking some of our members doesn't even check our site and forum for some announcement... thats why i think we should make a rule that evey member should use an avtar w/ our clan name on it.... or something like we should be active in our forum...... i'm still open for suggestions and idea so just tell me.....

oh and i like your attidude... you say what you think... thats a great help to me you know....

Umm, its not about how strong the person is but how much commited the person. We know that the clan is aiming for excellence but as our clan vision is to train to become strong not to accept those who are already strong.. We can't underestimate the newbies for they might be stronger than the older players. There is always a time for improvements and there is no such thing as instant masters. All of us, in the start, learn first how to play the game. who said that in their first game, they already know each character? If they know, maybe they are the ones who made the characters and mechanics of the game.

it's great, you give a opinon that's urs, we do have alot of strong players, maybe we should recruit small newbie idk,cause i started of really bad now imma really good

wow! people here certainly know a lot of stuff! I can't get all those inside my head! anyway., I think all of these are great ideas., we just need time to think of ways on how to make or do this ideas., so I'm guessing, we need to have our own clan messenger or chat webpage or something., [sorry I'm not that smart for this kind of stuffs., just wanna say my thoughts ] but if we will have the planned meetings., I think we should have one of those., or maybe just our own IRC room/channel or whatchama'callit., that way we can see people who really participate, interested and true to our clan.,

Anyway I think that not rily much should be needed as an requirement like unlocking at least 3 characters is rily like much for newbies but thats fine too because that determines how strong they r

exactly how mnay are in our clan?

and why arent we having any clan activity like a fite with another clan or na clan tourny?

an d ithink its a good idea to have requirements to join thi sclan...how about having been hokage at least once it aint hard, but very few do get it.

well right now i have made some small requirements... but right now i dont think we should recruit for now.... i give 7 days to all those who are not active in our clan to be active.... then after that those who are still not active will be kicked out then we could recruit again.....

about the tourney thing... the thing is there is no tourney we can join for now..... i am always exploring the tournament boards to see if there is a clan tourney we can join..... but right now there is none..... but dont worry ill promise that if one occurs we will be the first one who can join in......

If i am allowed i would like to say that the admins should also include---i dunno maybe win 2 out of three members or 4 out of 5 in a pb!

i was just joking... the rason i dont want a requirements like that is because what if they wre unlucky at that time.... but they are really good... so if we make a requirements like that we will get lucky members.. and not the strone ones..... anyways try to post a comment about this... i might be enlighten and chnge the requirements...

hmmm i said 2/3 or 4/5---you can be unlucky 2 timesz but not 4 times can you---also include i dunno 1 rematch with every emember??
